                                                  FL100 Model laminated broiler cage system

FL100 type laminated broiler cage system is a broiler cage developed and designed for Big herdsman with good ventilation effect, automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, automatic cleaning of manure, artificial catching of chickens, and the outer distance of the column is 1000mm.

The lower vent of the cage is 50&80mm, and 25 white feather broilers  are raised in each cage(2.5kg)

1. Main body system

1. The main frame is zinc-free hot galvanized sheet, and the thickness of galvanized layer is 275g/m². The cage wire adopts the whole hot dip galvanizing process after welding, special galvanizing process, no zinc slag, long service life.

2. New chicken side longitudinal connection: close to the bottom net, turn-over design, prevent leakage, easy to wash.

3. New thread clamp: The screw clamp on the adjusting plate is designed to prevent loss, save labor and improve efficiency.

4. One side sealing injection molding pad net: with the baffle plate installation, comfortable, no harm to chickens, prevent to the lower trough leakage, leakage of chicken, good ventilation, easy to wash and clean, save labor design

 

2. Clean up the fecal system

1. The longitudinal manure belt adopts 1.0mm thick PP belt, which has smooth surface, high strength, clean feces and prevent deviation.

2. The horizontal stool cleaning frame adopts the whole hot-dip galvanized treatment, the conveyor belt is made of PVC material, adopts the seamless welding design, and the whole ring installation ensures the strength, the use effect and the life.

 

3. Feeding system

1.  Seeder type feeder, hot-dip galvanized sheet metal frame, anticorrosive and durable, precision design, stable and reliable.

2.  The homogenizer can be retractable professional design to overcome uneven blanking caused by uneven ground and uniform punching.

3.  Planter wheel anti-pressure feet, anti-derailment electrical design, safe escort breeding.

4.  Integrated circuit board control box, stop automatic correction function, electrical safety;

4. Water supply system

1. Fully upgraded drinking water system, automatic control, reliable quality, avoid leakage, reduce labor, avoid human error caused by water line damage.

2. Drinking nipple 360° side hit water, water drops hanging beads, stimulate drinking.

 

5. Silo system

1.  There is a standard ladder on the outside of the feed silo, with protective railings, safe and reliable, closed design, automatic feeding improves the efficiency of management and reduces various cross infections.

2.  Use imported feed auger and white PVC feed pipe, and use detachable high strength wear-resistant nylon elbow to improve installation and use efficiency.

3.  Increase the manual feeding box, heavy snow and other special reasons can be artificial feeding when the skip can not be on time, to ensure the timing of the quantitative feeding of chickens.

 

6. Ventilation system

The system controls poultry house inner environment,provides fresh air, proper humidity for your chickens, ensure your broilers provide maximum production.

7. Environmental control system

The ventilation control system consists of computerized controller, tempreture sensors, humidity sensors, negtive pressure sensor and alarm system.By means of the sensors and preset tempreturers, humidity, and negative pressure, the controller can regulate tempratures, moisture, wind speed and negative pressure in the house.
